In my quest for classic fashion I came across Terry De Havilland shoes; named after the cobbling legend & Founder Terry De Havilland. His SS13 collection is an inspiration from 70s Glam Rock look- gorgeous platform wedges with 70s in Delicious, flamboyant mix of colours- I am talking blues, reds, oranges, greens, yellow, snake prints. I couldn’t help being attracted to the collection.

Terry’s unique style has been influencing Fashion for over 5 decades now, he is a big name with international magazines. Rock N Roll stars, feisty girls worship the ground he walks on. His amazing creativity is fueled by his passion for fantasy footwear driving him to design bespoke masterpieces for his celebrity fans.
The Shoe designer keeps us hooked by constantly reworking his signature styles in Modern fabrics and applying new techniques and graphics. I just love the look-book for this collection, modeled by the stunning Codie Young, the shoots spots- jewel coloured suede, Metallic Skins and Oriental prints by the infamous Kaleidoscopeillustrator – Grande Dame; the photographer behind this masterpiece photo shoot is Sarah Piantadosi. . The team beautifully exhibited Terry De Havilland at his Greatest.
Lets not forget, this year 2013 we are celebrating the 40th Birthday of Terry’s De Havilland’s original signature wedges ‘Margaux’- first designed in 1973 at his Kings road shop Cobblers To The End
